1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or submitting any form on the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. About ShareMyCoach & Our Services

ShareMyCoach is a Southern California RV rental company based in Orange County. Through the Site we offer:

• Daily rentals of motorhomes and RVs, many of which are owned by third parties and managed by ShareMyCoach
• RV Club memberships
• RVs for sale
• RV owner and affiliate programs
• Informational content such as destinations, events, resources, and FAQs

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or our services at any time.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit a form on the Site. Renting an RV has additional requirements, including a minimum age, a valid driver's license, a credit card in your own name, and proof of insurance. These are listed on our Rental Requirements page.

Your Account

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please contact us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraud or abuse.

4. Booking Requests & Rental Agreements

Submitting a booking form on the Site sends us a request only. It is not a confirmed reservation, and it does not guarantee that a vehicle or date is available. A reservation is confirmed only when ShareMyCoach confirms it with you and you have signed our rental agreement and met all rental requirements.

Your rental is governed by the signed rental agreement. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed rental agreement, the rental agreement controls.

Vehicle photos, descriptions, amenities, and availability shown on the Site are provided for general information and may change. We try to keep them accurate, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete or current.

5. Rates, Payments & Cancellations

We do not take payments through the Site. Rates, deposits, payments, cancellations, and vehicle use rules (such as mileage, generator use, cleaning, pets, smoking, and fuel) are described on our General Information page:

Rates and policies may change, but changes do not affect a reservation that has already been confirmed under a signed rental agreement. The signed rental agreement sets the final terms of your rental.

6. RV Club Memberships

RV Club memberships are governed by the RV Rental Club Membership Agreement, which you sign when you join. Please read it carefully before enrolling. If anything in these Terms conflicts with your signed membership agreement, the membership agreement controls.

7. RVs for Sale & Third-Party Financing

Listings on our RVs for Sale pages are invitations to contact us, not binding offers. Prices, specifications, mileage, and availability may change and should be confirmed with us before purchase. Any sale is governed by the separate written purchase documents signed at the time of sale.

Financing links on the Site take you to an independent third-party lender. ShareMyCoach is not a lender, does not make credit decisions, and is not responsible for the lender's terms, rates, approval decisions, or handling of your information.

8. RV Owner & Affiliate Programs

Information about our RV Owner program and our Affiliate Program is provided for general information only. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in either program or create a business relationship. Participation is subject to our approval and to a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

9. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information, or impersonate another person
• Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Submit spam, automated requests, or bulk form submissions, or try to get around reCAPTCHA or other security measures
• Scrape, copy, or harvest content or data from the Site using automated tools without our written permission
• Interfere with, disrupt, or try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or other users' accounts
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code

10. Information You Submit

When you submit information through a form on the Site, such as a booking request, contact message, or program inquiry, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You allow ShareMyCoach to use that information to respond to you, provide the services you request, and operate our business, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, and design, are owned by or licensed to ShareMyCoach and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our prior written permission. "ShareMyCoach" and our logos are our trademarks and may not be used without our permission.

12. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site uses or links to third-party services, including Google Analytics, Google reCAPTCHA, Google Maps, Vimeo, external review sites, and our financing partner. These services are run by independent companies under their own terms and privacy policies. ShareMyCoach does not control them and is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. 13. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShareMyCoach disclaims all warranties, express or implied, about the Site, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Travel, destination, campground, and event information on the Site is for general guidance only. Please check details such as dates, fees, road conditions, and campground rules directly with the relevant provider before you travel.

Nothing in this section limits any warranty or obligation set out in a signed rental agreement, membership agreement, or purchase agreement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShareMyCoach and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

This section applies to your use of the Site. Liability relating to a rental, RV Club membership, or vehicle purchase is governed by the applicable signed agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ShareMyCoach and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either party may bring the dispute in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you and ShareMyCoach consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Changes take effect when posted, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Changes do not affect a signed rental, membership, or purchase agreement already in place.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed agreement with us, are the entire agreement between you and ShareMyCoach about your use of the Site.
